REVIVAL Announces 2026 Rulebook Updates

The Nutrien Ag Solutions REVIVAL Super Dirt Series Presented by Sunoco has announced two updates to the 2026 rulebook regarding tire regulations and enforcement procedures.

Tire Doping / Altering Policy Added

Effective Immediately

REVIVAL has officially adopted the recently announced DIRTcar tire doping fines and suspension guidelines into the series rulebook.

While REVIVAL rules have always prohibited tire doping and tire altering, the previous rulebook did not specifically outline the penalties or suspension procedures for violations. The addition of the DIRTcar guidelines now provides a clearly defined enforcement structure moving forward.

Series officials believe the update will help maintain fair competition and consistency throughout the remainder of the 2026 season.

Super / Open Engine Tire Rule Update

Effective July 3rd for Non-Co-Sanctioned Events

As previously announced to competitors at Thomas County Speedway on May 2nd, Super/Open Engine competitors will now be permitted to run the Hoosier NLMT 3 tire on the right rear during REVIVAL non-co-sanctioned competition beginning July 3rd.

The change comes following offseason adjustments made to the American Racer Pro 3 tire. REVIVAL officials were not made aware of those changes until after the 2026 season had already started and the official rulebook had been published.

The Hoosier NLMT 4 will remain a legal right rear option for all competitors. However, the Hoosier NLMT 3 will now become the primary right rear tire option for Super/Open Engine competitors.

Series officials also noted that the adjustment will better align REVIVAL competitors with the tire options currently used by both the Lucas Oil MLRA and the Comp Cams All-American Super Dirt Series. The American Racer tire rule already matched current Comp Cams regulations.

Tire rules for future co-sanctioned events will be announced closer to those event dates.

Updated rules will be reflected in the official REVIVAL rulebook.
